try. There is an inter-relationship between camber and caster on our front suspension. You mentioned you had adj. front tension rods. That is good. Here's something you can try. Depending where your caster is at now, reducing it may help give you more range back on the camber. I have seen this happen. (eg. if your caster is presently up around 10 deg, see what happens to your camber adjustment range when you back caster down to 9 or even 8.5 deg).
But yes, installing the correct spring should be your first priority.
